Superfreak - she's alright, she's alright...

Little Miss Sunshine is a fantastic, wonderful, incredible surprise (go and watch it if you still don't know what I'm talking about. You will thank me. GO).

This movie (directed by Jonathan Dayton and Valerie Faris and with the brilliant actors Abigail Breslin, Greg Kinnear, Paul Dano, Steve Carrel, Toni Collete and Alan Arkin) was really well written and extremely well done. It's simple but touchy and make you spend a terrific hour laughing like crazy.
We can say many things to describe it: It's about a (disfunctional) family... it's about a little girl participating in a beauty contest... it's about winning and loosing... it's about love and what we can do for each other...it's a crazy family road trip...
For me it's all that and more... much more.
It's about people discovering themselves. It's about life, death, fun, adventures and worries.
It's about laughing as much as you can. It's about having fun during an hour and still be able to think about some serious subjects.
It was a refreshing surprise, after so many crappy movies (like I Am Legend, for example...CRAP...Lion for Lambs, Elizabeth - the golden age, Notes on a Scandal, Manchurian Candidate...and so on).

Here is (one of) my favorite scene(s): Olive's dance

("She's a very kinky girl"... still makes me laugh)
